Ali MacGraw
Ali MacGraw also known by her stage name Elizabeth Alice MacGraw has been as a performer, model and advocate for animal rights in America. Her films comprise Love Story (1970), Goodbye Columbus ( 1969) and The Getaway ( 1972). New York was her home and she grew up in an environment that was artistic. Her first job was as an assistant to photographers. She then moved on to modelling and acting. Her first two movies she received recognition and won an award called the Golden Globe Award as Most Popular Young Actress. MacGraw became a global star after her 1970 movie Love Story, which earned an Academy Award nomination as well as an award from the Golden Globe. The film was recognized as the most successful box office star in the globe after just three movies. Her handprints and signatures were recorded at the Grauman's Chinese Theater. The other films she has appeared on are The Getaway Convoy Players, TV miniseries The Winds of War and many more. Moving Pictures is her autobiography which was published in the year 1991. MacGraw married three people.
